Hey guys. I found this video in my archive. This was one of my flip houses I bought in Virginia Beach, VA in 2012. I decided it needed a new driveway with more parking space so I opted for paver stones. I did all the back breaking work myself except the demo. I also paved in the rear of the house which you can see briefly in the video. I'm not a pro and I made mistakes. I learned few things the hard way. But most important was the end result. Many passer-byes would be stopping by asking questions and admiring the work. This guy cross the street even brought me a beer. He kept asking what pills for energy am I taking that he wants some of those too. 😂. If you'll be wondering where my front tooth was I lost it during an ice hockey game and I got an assist point for it. 😄

And yes my daughter is a US citizen.

I bought this house for $160k cash and sold for $239k. It's worth about $320k these days. Last time I checked on google maps the house is still there so is the driveway 😎 Although the in-ground lights might not be working anymore. I'll be posting a video story about this house in the future.

Please excuse the video quality and wrong aspect ration since it's been edited from security cameras footage. At the time I wasn't planning on recording time-lapse video but then I realized I had all this footage available. Unfortunately only in low definition.

I installed those security cameras on my house after my Acura MDX been broken into couple times at night. I've been used to leaving my vehicle unlocked since this wasn't considered as a rough neighborhood. But someone kept going through my glove box and stealing coins. My neighbors had the same experience so I installed those cameras and found out it was some crook on a bike going around the neighborhood checking cars if they're locked or not. I reported this to police and he never showed up since.
