Bags come in all shapes, sizes and are made from different material such as paper and plastic. Because of the versatility of a bag, each application will require a different ink and marking solution to provide the desired marking results.

In this application, our REA JET SC 2.0 is the chosen solution to mark lot numbers, production information and barcodes directly onto plastic bags. The marking solution uses continuous inkjet (CIJ) Marking technology and makes uses of MEK inks which provides strong adhesion to glossy and shiny surfaces such as plastic bags. It also offers a high-resolution print result even when the surface is uneven.
