Cut through a Kryptonite bike lock (to replace the crossbar)

I had an old lock with no key, and a new crossbar I bought cheap.The goal was to remove the crossbar so I could re-use the U shackle. Kryptonite locks are tough as hell, but no metal can stand up to the steady relentlessness of an angle grinder. This took longer than it should have, only because the grinder's mandrel is too large for the cutting wheel, which forced me to rotate it in a circle as opposed to cutting straight through.
