How To Create Excel Drop Down list from another Sheet

A drop-down list is a type of menu that allows users to choose one value from a pre-defined list of values. In Excel, you can create a drop-down list using the Data Validation tool.

1) Select the cell where you want to insert the list and click Data - Data Validation.

2) In the Allow: field, enter a comma-separated list of values from which you want to generate the drop-down list.

3) In the Source: field, enter "=INDIRECT(""Sheet1!A2:A"")". This will generate a drop down menu for all cells in Sheet1 starting at A2 and ending at A.
