1:40 How to relieve a stiff neck
In this in-depth video, I’m going to demonstrate how to relieve a stiff neck. 90% of all of the motion in the neck happens between the skull and the first bone. This is where we’re going to focus. There are also a lot of muscles and ligaments that tightly connect the skull to the first and second bone. Whiplash or other injuries can cause these muscles and ligaments to get really tight.
If your digestion is off, if you have a lot of constipation or bloating, this could actually cause neck stiffness and neck pain. If you have had a lot of massage and chiropractic work done on your neck, but the problem keeps coming back, your digestion could be the root problem. In this situation, you may need to do some work on your digestive system. But, in this video, we’re going to talk specifically about what you could do for the upper cervical area.
