Notice there are modifications offered in every routine. Overall, it took us about 90 minutes. Every 20-30 minutes we stopped and checked what our calorie burn was so far. And if you see any of us pop in and out of the video, that's for restroom and water breaks, along with changing the music and fixing the fans. We were burning up in that room! 😜 Cardio Party Mashup combines dance and traditional athletic moves to create the most fun and intense fitness routines!
