Quake - e1m5 NH in 1:13

A 1 second improvement over the previous record by Arturo Garcia Lasca.

Will probably improve this more in the future, a 1:09 is feasible.

Sadly I couldn't skip the 1:13, but I don't have the time to grind more of these ILs, I have to derust for 4 marathon games I'll be doing at ESA in July, those include HL1 and expansion, and Quake Nightmare Hundo full game.
