Peru has such a rich culinary history, largely attributed to its diverse climates which can produce some of the best ingredients in the world. We had an AMAZING meal at Maido, which was then ranked 7th best in the world. We further enriched our Peruvian culinary chops by taking part in a half day cooking class.
