How to Install Rigid Foam Board Insulation - DIY Basement Reno

This DIY tutorial video will show you how to install foam board insulation. I installed this on the walls of my basement before finishing the basement room out. This should cut down on the humidity and basement "smell". I bought this foam board and construction adhesive from Lowe's and ACE.
