'Are you serious?!' Ukraine official claps back at reporter's question on Russia | LiveNOW from FOX

The Ukraine ambassador to the United Nations snapped back at a reporter who asked about the Russian ambassador claiming the actions by Russia were against the leaders of Ukraine, not it's people. Asking the reporter multiple times, "are you serious?!" the Ukraine ambassador referred to the Russian official's comments as lunacy.
