Plex Server 2021 - Setting Up Live TV and DVR thru Locast2Plex with settings that WORK

My wife and I just cut the cord. Here is how I set up Plex Server on a Synology DS220+ NAS and installed the service Locast2Plex in a Docker container so I could record and play back local television. I step thru the settings I used to eliminate the following errors:
