Basic routines for busy days!

When busy days have you burnt out and overwhelmed go back to the basics and stick to only the most important habits and routines! With our big move coming up, summer vacations, camping and company I sometimes feel like everything is crumbling around me. If I can keep up my few basic routines, I feel better and things don't fall into complete chaos.
