How transparent should you be with your team?

3 times a year, we organise a team strategy day - all the team members from the businesses across our ecosystem get together over some lunch, and we as the directors walk them through how the businesses are performing, our strategy and plans, and indeed what is going well and badly. Everyone can ask any question they want, and we make it a point to be as honest as possible.
