We Have to Leave TODAY! Getting Out of SAMAR for Christmas

5 December 2022 | To make it to our Christmas deadline in Manila, we have to leave Northern Samar today! So we are getting off the island from the port town of Allen and sailing to Matnog in Luzon.

Last night we got lost in a little local village of Northern Samar called Dona Lucia in Mondragon. We called the resort caretaker Ronnel and he had to guide us through a very tight road to our rest stop for the night. This morning we got to see the village in the light of day on our way off the island.
