Daal chana....1cup( washed and soak in the water for 1 to 2 hours)
Daal mash....1 cup( washed and soaked in the water for 1 to 2 hours)
Water....2 to 2 1/2 cup( or as required)
Fresh green chilli and coriander, julienne cut ginger Gharm masala for garnish use as required.
Ghee for tadhka....2 tbsp add 1/2 tesp Ajwain and Cumin seeds each.
