EFF challenges Godongwana's authority to change fuel levy

The EFF’s challenge to the government’s fuel levy adjustments is now underway in the Western Cape High Court. The party is challenging Finance Minister Enoch Godongwana’s authority to implement the levy increases announced last year. This follows the court’s dismissal last year of the EFF’s urgent application to stop the fuel levy implementation. Nasiphi Same reports.
