By the time a deal hits a lead group, hundreds of sellers have already seen it. You were never winning that race. Especially not with tight cash flow.

A2A, Amazon to Amazon. Find a product on one marketplace. Buy it. Sell it on another at a higher price. UK to Germany. Spain to Italy. Or catch a price drop and flip it on the same marketplace when it recovers.

The concept is simple. The execution is where most people fall apart. It always comes back to where you're sourcing your deals from.
