20 Banded crab walks
Banded hip thrust with knee outs (not sure what these are called hahaha)
Banded hip thrust pulses + 10 sec hold
Single leg leg press (x10 each leg - x3)
Leg press (12 reps, x3)
Weighted squats (12 reps, x3)
Weighted hip thrusts (12 reps, x3)
Bulgarian split squat (12 each leg, x3)
Goblet squat (12 reps, x3)
