HOW TO FIX Your Chair Seat Position // Improve Your Riding
The dreaded chair seat position means the rider's leg is too far forward so her balance is compromised. Here are several exercises you can do to help get your leg in the correct position and not be a victim of the chair seat! They include the "hug," the "Winged Victory," and the "Gardener's Position." Practice these exercises along with exercises on the longe line to fix your chair seat. The best way to fix your chair seat is with longe lessons. In the video you will see how to do the "airplane," the "bicycle," the "windmill," and the "scissor kick" exercises to improve your position and get your leg underneath you.
