Treating koi fish skin ulcers.

In this video we were presented with a tank of Koi Carp and Goldfish that have had a chronic history of superficial and deep ulcerations resulting in deaths. We pursued diagnostics on the tank, debrided, swabbed and topically treated the ulcers (fish bandage available from http://thefishvet.com.au/shop/shopping.html), and began treating the pond for skin flukes, Icthyobodo, and secondary bacterial infections.
