This song was the first song I ever learned how to play on the drums 6 years ago! Obviously I've grown a bunch since then, as a person and a drummer, so I figured I'd get behind the kit and see what I could come up with...if you couldn't already tell by the video I had an absolute BLAST getting to jam out to this song! The drummer for the Newsboys (A.K.A. Duncan Phillips) is such an AMAZING drummer by how he plays, but also why he plays! He is such an awesome drummer who has been one of my personal heroes since I started playing drums.
