Building your drone business - Slow down and take a step back

You don't need to know everything all at once. You don't need to start buying every drone software package out there. You don't need to get a fleet of drones if you're just starting out.

Slow it down. I know you're excited about building your drone business, but take your time and make your decisions wisely. You don't need every drone on the market, and you don't need every software package out there just because someone you follow on YouTube uses it. Start planning on who you're marketing to and what applications and hardware you truly need for their market space. Develop your editing skills for both still photography and video, because you're going to need those skills often!
