How to Book Your Dream Trip to the Maldives (All On Points!)
I recently checked off a major bucket list item in staying at the overwater villas of the Maldives, and in this video, I'll share with you exactly how you can achieve the same.
(Obviously, now's not the right time to be going to the Maldives – or anywhere for that matter. Instead, it's the perfect time to bang out a few credit card applications and rack up the miles so that you can book your dream trip for sometime in the future.)
You'll want to start by choosing one out of six luxurious resorts across Marriott and Hilton as your goal – the St. Regis, the JW Marriott, the W, the Westin, the Waldorf Astoria, or the Conrad.
Then it's a matter of racking up the points via the Marriott and Hilton credit cards for a five-night stay (taking advantage of the Fifth Night Free), before booking some nice flights to get you there and putting the whole trip together.
You'll definitely need to put in the legwork for that "once-in-a-lifetime" trip to the Maldives, but whether it's for a honeymoon or a special anniversary, it'll all be worth it when you're there.
