My Experience Working At Panera Bread

Hey guys! Here's the story of when I worked at Panera Bread!!
I loved working there until...you guessed it, I got a crappy manager!
This lady was sooo rude and made my experience very unpleasant and short unfortunately. Everything as far as food is done with convince in mind, the pastas. soups and mics like mac n cheese are put in a thermal bath to heat up to perfect temp before serving.
The croutons are made using fresh baguettes everyday and the pastries are baked overnight like other chain stores normally have them.
It's a great place to work if you like structure and bread!
