We push our chairs to the limits on court so it's important that we know how to maintain them. Changing my tyres and inner tubes was one of the 1st things I learned when I got my 1st chair in 2014 and I've been perfecting my technique ever since. I thought I'd share with you how I change my tyres along with some helpful tips to make the job easier e.g GET PROPER LEVERS!
