The Essence of The Soul Fest is uniting amazing local, indie & celebrity artists with the community during the Essence Fest Weekend. This event took place on July 1, 2017 at the Historic Carver theater at 2101 Orleans Ave. New Orleans, La 70118 with sets of Indie Soul in the afternoon and Christian Soul in the evening.

The incredible line-up is set to restore New Orleans Gospel roots for sure, starring Famed Earnest Pugh, Briana Babineaux (Viral Singer), Kenyondra Lockett, Rudy Currence, Greg Banks, and many more. Hosted by Ro Wright, Comedian Shervey, and Jasmine Burke.

The producers, Nola's Got It, is the brainchild of famed international vocalist Casme' Barnes, a singer, songwriter, and author who's traveled the globe inspiring others through her music.
