Shrimp cake

Ingredients:
1. Minced meat (Shrimps & Chicken thigh)
2. Bread crumbs
3. Beaten egg
4. Vegetable oil

Instructions:
1. Heat the skillet and add vegetable oil.
2. Ball up the minced meat: Dip your hands in water before balling up the meat.
3. Sprinkle the All-purpose flour on the shrimp ball thoroughly. Use sifter or lay All-purpose flour on a baking tray and roll shrimp ball on it and lightly brush excess flour off the shrimp ball.
4. Dip minced shrimp ball into beaten egg: Make sure the shrimp ball is well coated with egg.
5. Roll the shrimp ball thoroughly on bread crumbs then press lightly into approx. 2cm thick.
6. Add shrimp cakes into the skillet once the oil is hot enough but not smokey.
7. Cook until golden, then cook the other side till golden.
8. Serve with sweet chilli sauce and enjoy!

Minced meat

Ingredients:
1. Minced Shrimps Pealed, Remove digestive track
2. Minced Chicken 1/3 of shrimps
3. Coriander Root Crushed (coriander leaves are okay if you can't find the root)
4. Oyster sauce: 1 Tbspn
5. Soy Sauce: 1 Tspn
6. Ground Pepper: 1/2 Tspn

Instructions:
1. Shrimps: Remove the digestive tracks, chop the shrimps into little pieces and add to the food processor
2. Chicken: Chop into little pieces and add to the food processor
3. Crush 1 clove of garlic and add to the food processor
4. Crush coriander root (or chop 4 coriander leaves & Stems) and add to the food processor
5. Add Oyster Sauce, Soy sauce & Pepper into the food processor and mince it well for thick & bouncy texture

Bread Crumbs
1. Toast 1-2 slices of breads.
2. Tear & Pulse in food processor
