The plaintiff says he bought an exercise bike from the defendant, but it wasn’t the one she advertised. He claims she swapped it out for an older model, so he asked for his money back. She refused, so he’s suing her for a refund. The defendant says the plaintiff got a great deal on the bike, and he knew it was used, not new.
