Happy to share with you guys my morning routine on how to get shredded. This routine is super quick and efficient and will give you that kick to start your day.
No gym equipment needed and covers all your muscles.

Exercises:

1. Push ups
2. Lunge rotation
3. Crunches
4. Frog squat jump
5. Low plank to high plank
6. Mountain climbers
7. Bicycle kicks
8. Jumping jacks
9. Jump rope
10. Plank hold

30 sec in
15 sec out
