Not sure if this is "Buddy Knox", this version dosen't seem to be here on Youtube.

I've heard the original 1957 version and a re-recording which definitely sounds like Buddy Knox but I've known of this version for years and it does not sound like him at all.

If anyone knows of any information please feel free to leave a comment.
