Build an AI-Powered Content Publishing System with N8N

In this video, I demonstrate how to automatically create and publish WordPress blog posts using AI agents and workflow automation.

The process starts with a simple user input form where a title, category, and a few additional details are provided. Once submitted, the request is sent to an N8N workflow that orchestrates multiple AI agents to generate all the required content.

To keep the solution cost-effective, the workflow leverages OpenRouter AI instead of relying on expensive direct AI subscriptions. The system connects to Claude for content generation, producing a well-structured article complete with headings, sections, and formatted content. At the same time, another AI model generates a relevant featured image based on the blog topic.

After the content and image are created, the automation seamlessly connects to WordPress through its API. The workflow uploads the featured image, assigns the selected category, creates the blog post, and publishes it automatically.

What traditionally takes hours of research, writing, formatting, image sourcing, and publishing can now be completed in seconds with minimal user input. This project demonstrates the power of combining AI agents, N8N automation, OpenRouter, and WordPress integration to build a scalable and efficient content publishing system.
