LOGAN RIVER FISHING | The Toughest Session Ever.

In the session I'm fishing solo in the saltwater reaches of the Logan River. This river system is the lifeblood of the local suburban catchment and these saltwater reaches are a piece of water I've overlooked for so many years. From now on this simply won't be the case, with initial signs of local fish life surrounded by some spectacular structure and natural beauty jotted along the banks of this iconic system how could I not return in haste. Like most times approaching any new system I was humbled by the complexities of trying to figure the what, where, when and whys of what these fish are doing and how I'm going to get the chance to interact with them. Let me just say I'm by no means finished with this stretch of river and will continue to return until I'm satisfied I've cracked the smallest piece of its puzzle and finally catch a glimpse of some of the more prized local inhabitants.
