阿兰 (Alan) - 天路 (Tian Lu) Heaven's Road - Tibetan-Chinese Music HD

One of my most favourite songs. I recently found a version of this song on a Chinese forum that seems to be studio-recorded, and not some rip from a 10 year-old concert. Thought I'd spread the wealth around. :D

Tiān Lù (lit. Heavenly Road) was composed by 印青 (1954 - ), who sought to invoke imagery of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway. It has fast become one of China's most popular patriotic songs. There are numerous versions, but this version is sung by the talented 阿兰·达瓦卓玛 (Ālán Dáwǎzhuómǎ), an ethnic Tibetan-Chinese artist of Japanese fame. All I have done is uploaded this standalone masterpiece onto Youtube with added graphics and HD (Edit: A minor click has also been smoothed out).

I hope this sufficiently compensates for my (yet again) nearly a year-long hiatus. If it doesn't, well that's a sad day for you; it's 4am and I've just spent 5 hours lurking through hundreds of pages of Chinese websites to find a decent version of this bloody song. Go eat a kartoffelsalat for all I care (das ist vitamin!!). Cheers, everyone! :D
