Pilates with Large Ball

Pilates mat can be humbling. Add a prop and every move suddenly has new insights. I think the exercise ball was the first prop I added to my mat classes. It has always been perfect for aiding and challenging.
I truly love using it for balance exercises. I promise to make a video of balance only exercises.
