39th International Kite Festival Kicks Off in France

The 39th edition of the International Kite Festival kicked off in Berck-Sur-Mer on the French Atlantic coast. The week-long event, which started on April 18 and will run until April 26, expects hundreds of participants from around the world. Hundreds of kites are set to fly throughout the week on the windy beaches of Berck-Sur-Mer.
