For Money:

[2:12] Chapter 3-1 - Starting slate area, plus sunken ship and 2 islands in the top left corner of the map. Nets you about 8k+ every 3 mins.

[3:57] Chapter 4-1 - All treasures in the map, as well as the grenade launcher and killing flying boss. Nets you about 35k+ every 12 mins.

[7:04] Chapter 5-1 - Kill all Lickers, picking up all Lion Hearts and collect Gold Bars / AK-47 from the side room. Nets you about 12k every 3 mins or so.

[8:11] Chapter 5-3 - From start, climb ladder and follow straight to control room with safe in it. Grab gem and save / quit. Nets you 3k every minute or so.

[8:46] Chapter 6-2 - Speedrun the level on Professional while putting a few rounds into the tentacles to ensure you have over a 70% accuracy rating so you are eligible for the overall S rank.
Nets you 2500 exchange points every 3 minutes.
