WOO it's finally finally finally done! My biggest project ever! These 7 seconds has been worked on relentlessly for hours every day for almost an entire month, could've taken 50 hours, could've taken 100, I truly have no idea. But let me tell you it was so so fun and learning! I gave it my all as it's the first map I've ever joined, and I have never animated cats, water, shadows, with backgrounds an much more but oh I truly know now that animation is my calling!
I'm also new to warrior cats in general, I've watched MAPs for years but never taken the time to get into the fandom even if I've wanted to. I've just been watching from afar. It's a great honor to be in this amazing community and to have worked for and with so many of my biggest inspirations, thanks again Amelia for choosing me ,,
"Short story": An albino cat born in a clan with only black/dark gray cats (corvid inspired) left her neglected by everyone she knew until it consumed her. All she wished for was a dark coat to prove her rightful place in her clan. She usually had visions of a raven, giving her propechies and guidance. She left her home to find the answers to her dreams and wishes, already far from reasoning with.
One night a dark tar-like puddle appeared in her dream. She dove in and stepped back out in a completely different place (spiritually travelled to the dark forest). Finding herself in a beautiful black coat she became ecstatic with joy, but she was pulled back down into the passage and woke up, heartbroken to find herself back to her white-furred self.
She kept being haunted by these dreams and desperately tried to find answers and even the location where the dream had taken place. She eventually found the big moor on her travels but to her surprise even this strong "dye" faded with time. The final dream/propecy set root in her head and she was told to kill her family in order to keep her coat everlasting and rule her clan in the other world.
She set off to her home and to everyones' shock presented her new self before ending her story foretold with cold-blooded murder. She knew they'd be in the dark forest to meet her (which these innocent cats weren't ) and at this point she had lost all sense of sanity. The only friend she had made (already too long to include more of him) found her by the bodies, unknowing who it was (as she had dark fur) attacked and killed her in fear that this foe had harmed his best friend (Crowsong). And then there's so much angst as she lay dying in front of him that I can't include here but she ends up in dark forest where she eventually starts to realize what she has done. So much more to this story I can't fit here but it'll be told through videos and litterature eventually :,D
