Is the Rapture J. N. Darby's Invention? It's Biblical

Some people claim that the rapture doctrine was invented in the early 1800 as part of the Scofield Bible notes and was popularised that way. If you read the Bible without this pre-conception you would never get the idea of a rapture where millions of Christians suddenly disappear.
In this talk I am trying to show that the church fathers believed in the rapture. I am making the point that JN Darby was an accomplished scholar in his day with a long ranging prophetic view on events to come which did actually happen after his death.
Most importantly I am looking at about a dozen references in the Bible from the old to the New Testament which point to the rapture.

The conclusion is that the Rapture is Biblical and most likely points to an event prior to the tribulation period.
