If you are wondering where to eat in Sydney , well today we are exploring 5 Must Try Food in Sydney voted by you guys and nominated by Timeout Sydney in partnership with Google for their Signature Searches on the most unique Eats in Sydney.

We were lucky enough to be invited to the Timeout awards night the other week and there they announced Circa Espresso as the winner voted by you guys featuring their Turkish Food option: Ottoman Eggs.

But today we will find out who is our winner by trying all the 5 dish ourselves!

From Swedish Fika Kitchen serving skagen toast to one of the best Sydney restaurants serving Cacio e pepe and a Motorcycle garage serving black ramen, its going to the perfect hidden gem to explore.

Despite only for a limited time Rising Sun Workshop offers many Japanese fix to your liking, like Japanese breakfast, ramens – but what makes this place is unique is because this Sydney café is actually a working garage.

4. Café Oratnek / Café Kentaro
4 Pitt St, Redfern
Matcha Lamington – can’t get anymore Australian than this – a mix of your classic yummy lamington but with some matcha hit – DELICIOUS!! GO and try it please and pair it up with a nice cup of coffee. This matcha lamington is also available in their sister store called Café Kentaro (offering Japanese based breakfast/lunch menus – its just Oratnek reversed)

5. Buffalo Dining Club
116 Surrey St, Darlinghurst
Cacio E pepe - Cool, vintage-style eatery serving pasta and mozzarella-focused dishes from a cheese wheel.
