This video shows the repair of an XBOX One S console which had been sent into another shop. They claimed that the HDMI port was purposely removed and that it had damaged the "Encoder Chip" and that these were paired and cannot be changed. Luckily this customer sought a second opinion from us - the question is, can we fix it?
