2024 KG Mobility Torres EVX ⚡ 311 miles (500 km) of electric range

KG Mobility, formerly known as SsangYong Motor, announced the full details of the new 2024 KG Mobility Torres EVX electric SUV.

According to the official configurator on the Korean website of KG Mobility, the Torres EVX is offered in two trim variants – the E5 and the E7. The Torres EVX comes fitted with a single front-mounted electric motor producing 150 kW (201 hp).

The 73.4 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery pack is sourced from BYD, offering 311 miles (500 km) of electric range according to the company’s Worldwide harmonized Light-duty vehicles Test Procedure or over 261 miles (420 km) measured under Korea’s circle.

The KG Mobility is up for pre-ordered in Korea, with the E5 starting from around ₩50 million (approximately $38,000), while the E7 has an MSRP of ₩52 million (about $40,000).

The company formerly known as SsangYong also plans on selling the EVX in Europe starting in the second half of the year.
