2004 FORD ESCAPE XLT 3.0 V6 ENGINE PROBLEM PART 1 (IDLE)

I have a problem with my 2004 Ford Escape. I was originally changing the front 3 spark plugs and the coil packs then it lead me to a misfire in piston 4 and 6. After some research, the wire looms were off so i got the misfire corrected. Now the problem is, the engine would NOT rev over 2 RPMs. i find this really unfortunate that it happened. I've been looking for a solution. I'll upload a 2nd video to hear how the engine sounds when i rev.
