Aerial Yoga Sequence: Twisty flow

A little change of pace this week, I'm using the aerial hammock for today's practice. This is a fun and relatively-accessible 40-minute aerial practice, with an emphasis on twists.

If you're brand new to aerial and not used to going upside down, holding the inversions might pose a challenge--come up into marionette to rest or even move child's pose as you might with any yoga class.

For this practice, you'll want the fabric higher than I have mine: just under the pelvic bones when standing on your toes (so as to allow the head freedom in low front-belt/hip-hang).
