Querying Again? Getting A New Agent Post-Pub

What do you do if you've left your agent--either before selling a book or after--how is it different from querying the first time around? What should you say in your query? Is it harder or easier to get an agent when you've already been agented?

I'm going over multiple scenarios, offering sample query language, and YES sometimes you CAN query without a complete manuscript if you've already been published! How? I'll go over it.
