KW Command 66 Day Challenge 4.0 Day 5 - Building a Custom SmartPlan for FB Lead Follow Up Pt. 1

As Keller Williams Agents, we know that the fortune is in the follow up. That being said, following up with Facebook Leads can be a time consuming task that requires consistency over a long period of time. The KW Command platform can make that task simpler through the creation of a custom SmartPlan to help leverage the automation of this follow-up. In part one of building our SmartPlan we'll show how to create tasks, text and email steps and how to incorporate our previously created Landing Page, our KW Consumer App link and a specific search custom built on our KW Agent site.

Here are the Steps for Part One of the Smart Plan:

#1. Send SMS/MMS SCRIPT #1 Hey {contact.first.name}, thanks for click on the home I recently posted on Facebook. This is {agent.first.name} with Keller Williams. Did you have any questions? In case you’re like me and occasionally forget what you clicked on, here’s the link to the home with pictures, price and more. Let me know if you’d like me to set up a showing for you!

#2. Set Delay - 1 Day

#3. Make a Call - Facebook Follow-Up {contact.first.name}{contact.last.name}{contact.phone}

#4 Set Delay - 1 Day

#5. Send SMS/MMS SCRIPT #2 Hey again, {contact.first.name}, it’s {Agent Name} with KW. I realize it might be difficult to view a home in person due to the current situation with COVID-19, so I’d be happy to do a FaceTime call with you or send you a quick video of the home. In fact, you can actually request a live video showing on any property you’re interested in straight from my KW Consumer App. Here’s the link to download that: {App Link}

#6. Set Delay - 2 Days

#7. Send SMS/MMS SCRIPT #3 Hi again, {contact.first.name}. I hope I am not being a pest. I want to make sure you are being taken care of. Several additional homes have been recently listed in Bridgeland. What is your preferred price range, so I do not spam you with homes you don’t like?

#8. Set Delay - 1 Day

#9. Send SMS/MMS SCRIPT #4 I did not hear back so I thought I would go ahead and send you some of those recently listed Bridgeland homes I was talking about. I’d love to hear if any of these homes match what you’re looking for. (add filtered search link from your Agent Site here)

#10. Set Delay – 1 Day

#11. Send Email SCRIPT Subject: Recently Listed Homes In {Neighborhood Your Listing Is In)
Hey {Contact.First.Name},
I did not hear back so I thought I would go ahead and send you some of those recently listed Bridgeland homes I was talking about. I’d love to hear if any of these homes match what you’re looking for. (add filtered search link from your Agent Site here)
