How Long Can You Plank? #shorts #fabulous50s #fitness
I am creating a plank challenge for women over 50 and i need your help. I would like to know how many seconds you can hold a plank for? I will take the average answer and start my beginners challenge based on your feedback. There will be 3 levels starting at the beginner level and we will grow from there. Leave your comments below 🙌
