Headstart (March 20, 2026): Katrina Domingo talks to former Comelec Commissioner Luie Guia for more about the campaign donation issue involving Senator Rodante Marcoleta. The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) may have cleared Senator Rodante Marcoleta of election offenses, but it ordered the filing of complaints against three of his alleged 2025 campaign donors, including former lawmaker Mike Defensor.
