Ooops!😱🤰🏾 I’m so happy to finally share this beautiful blessing with you all!! 🗣🗣 IM PREGNANT! The @heel.d family has really helped me through this moment without even realizing. My husband is hundreds of miles away serving our country , so at times the only people I had to turn to during my difficult moments were you guys, so I felt it was only right to share this with you guys first! I love you guys so much!!!!!! This was not only about me but this class was a Thank You to you guys for being such amazing students and family!

She'Meka Ann's Heel’D classes are geared towards all levels of dance. The purpose of this class is to heal, unify, and liberate not only women but all individuals from self doubt, while empowering and building confidence in all aspects of life. This class is here to heal and push away any energy thats holding you back, while learning proper heel technique, becoming one with your body, building self worth and confidence all through dance and motivational speaking.
