Alpha Panareti Saint George Hills Marketing Video (edited version)

This is the original marketing video from Alpha Panareti Limited (given to prospective UK buyers by AP's agents ROPUK) describing the St George Hills development which was being built at Tremithousa, Paphos. I've highlighted some of the 'hard sell' statements, misleading information, exaggerated and distorted facts, and blatant lies, used to convince investors to sign up. Almost 10 years on and the development still isn't 100% finished or fully open, and many of the promised facilities do not exist. Due to poor construction and lack of maintenance much of the development is currently in a very poor state. (Photographic proof will be featured in another video). A warning to any prospective property buyers in Cyprus... Buyer Beware! ...Do not believe the hype!
