Parallel Bars: All Upper Arm Skills [EG 2] (2022-2024)

The FIG Code of Points has every skill you can perform for a D jury value in a routine, but the illustrations and descriptions in the PDF aren’t always clear. So this video has a video clip of every EG II skill I was able to find that you can perform on P Bars for a D jury score for the seasons of 2022-2024.

There are some skills I wasn’t able to include because I couldn't find any good quality videos of them being performed. I got these clips from various places on YouTube and Instagram. If you have a video of any of the skills I missed, or if you have a clip of someone performing a skill better than the one in the video, please put a link in the comments, and I’ll make sure to put it in the video next time.
